BI Developer will be responsible the upkeep and development of warehouse data to support our business decision making. The BI Developer builds and maintains a data warehouse design to generate reports on financial and market intelligence to aid in business performance monitoring and business decision making. A successful BI Developer has a strong working knowledge of business trends, and is able to read and analyze product, market, and share trends. This position will work directly with the CEO of KIPL and various TDS business leaders to manage expansion and development of various off-shore teams in all cross-functional departments of TDS such as Specialty, Operations, Customer Support, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and others as required by the business. This position will ensure organizational development, implementation of policies and procedures, RACI’s, department processes and personnel training, development, coaching, and management including performance reviews, hiring and onboarding. Director of Operations will be collaborating with other management team members at KIPL to ensure efficient back office operations of TDS offshore through KIPL.
