Thomas Murphy

Thomas is an industry recognized senior executive with over 35 years in Information Technology covering all facets of design, delivery, implementation, operations and strategy. His expertise spans various industries during his career to make him the most passionate IT executive for Kloudscript. These industries cover Energy, Financial, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Commercial Software, Higher Education, Government and Management Consulting. Over the past 15 years, Thomas has been involved in building and restructuring IT teams that are highly efficient and productive in meeting the needs of the organization and the various stakeholders affected by the technology. He is most proud of the success of his teams’ ability to deliver on time, in budget and on task for the organization and their strategic needs. Thomas is a graduate of the University of Michigan, Executive IT Leadership Program and a recipient of various Engineering and Managerial awards throughout his career.

Kelly T. Keegan

Kelly T. Keegan is a driven executive leader and entrepreneur dedicated to developing business within healthcare services and technology markets. Kelly’s 25+ years experience and industry knowledge have allowed him to build organizations in continuously developing healthcare markets. Kelly creates added value for customers and clients by simplifying business processes, creating accessible data and leveraging health information technology. His passion is to make a difference in improving individual lives by delivering solutions which impact their quality of life.

Previous to KloudScript, Kelly was the Chief Growth Officer at PrescribeWellness. At PrescribeWellness, he was the executive responsible for revenue growth in new and existing healthcare verticals. In addition, Kelly has served as the Senior Vice President, Sales & Business Development for Xerox Health’s Care Services Business. Additionally, Kelly has served in several executive leadership roles including: VP, Business Development for Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield; Executive Vice President for Pharos Innovations; and Executive Director Client Management for Healthways. Kelly earned his bachelor’s Degree in Business from Illinois State University, Normal, Illinois.

Anthony Sartoris

Anthony Sartoris formerly President of Doc’s Drugs Ltd. Doc’s Drugs, a family-owned chain of 17 pharmacies serving communities in north central Illinois. Founded in November 1978 by Dave Sartoris, Doc’s Drugs annual revenue exceeded $62 million and filled over 1 million prescriptions yearly. Doc’s Drugs focused on high level patient care that goes beyond just filling a prescription. He was the co-founder of the Community Pharmacy Prescription Network (CPRxN) a growing network of 735 independent pharmacies formed to service the needs of large employers in the direct-to-employer contracting of prescription drug benefits initiated by Caterpillar Incorporated in 2010. Mr. Sartoris has a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Business from Eureka College and a Master of Business Administration from Lewis University.

Rinku A. Patel, PharmD

Rinku A. Patel, PharmD, is a registered pharmacist and an entrepreneur dedicated to simplifying the pharmacy care experience for patients using specialty medications. Dr. Patel believes in the fundamental principal of providing patients with the choice to select their pharmacy and their pharmacist for their medications and pharmaceutical care needs. The industry-imposed use of poly-pharmacy on patients ultimately results in poor medication adherence and sub-optimal health outcomes, as a result of increased complexity and disorganized care coordination. The pharmacy and health care industry stakeholders must accept and realize their responsibility to patients in reducing their barriers to access and giving them the choice of One Pharmacy Home.TM

Dr. Patel is the founder and CEO of KloudScript, Inc. Through KloudScript, her mission is to improve the patient experience by using technology to enable the next generation of care coordination between various industry stakeholders such as prescribers, payors, pharmaceutical manufacturers and pharmacies. She has built the largest Specialty Performance Network that uses KloudScript’s accredited processes, innovative technology platform, and a comprehensive One Pharmacy HomeTM care model to provide patients a simplified but comprehensive care experience at a community pharmacy of their choice. KloudScript has pioneered the ultimate solution for patients’ desire for local care and community pharmacies’ strategic need to participate in the fastest growing segment of pharmacy, ultimately resulting in opportunities for Payors and Pharma to embrace the retail channel through a partnership with KloudScript, Inc.

Previous to KloudScript, Inc. Dr. Patel was the Group Vice President of Business Development at Diplomat Specialty Pharmacy. She was responsible for the development of business strategy and technology solutions contributing to the growth and transformation of Diplomat. Over the last 15 years, Dr. Patel has been instrumental in helping organizations build innovative specialty care service models. Prior to Diplomat, Dr. Patel served as the Director of Pharma Relations at OptionCare, Inc. She was responsible for procurement and trade relations for OptionCare’s home infusion and specialty pharmacy divisions. Dr. Patel has held several management positions at Caremark (now CVS/Caremark) in the areas of trade relations, procurement, and technology development in addition to her tenure at Walgreens servicing patients at retail pharmacies.

Dr. Patel earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy and her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Midwestern University, Chicago, Illinois.

Lisa L. Siefert, RPh

Lisa L. Siefert, RPh, FASHP, ASQ-CMQ/OE is a registered pharmacist for over 20 years and is passionate for ensuring systems and training are in place to ensure high quality patient focused clinical care. As Senior Director of Specialty Services, Ms. Siefert manages several key operational areas such as KloudScript’s Quality Management Program, Accreditation/Credentialing, and Clinical and Hub support services. She started her career in the infusion industry at an independent pharmacy. Ms. Siefert then joined Omnicare initially as a clinical pharmacist and progressed to Director of Pharmacy for long-term care infusion pharmacy operations. Most recently, Ms. Siefert led quality and accreditation support for the national network specialty infusion locations at Option Care (formerly Walgreens Infusion Services). During her 14 year tenure she held several management roles which include; Corporate Manager of Accreditation, Quality and Clinical Education, Director of Pharmacy Operations, Residency Director, and Regional Clinical Director. Ms. Siefert has been a speaker at industry national meetings and Universities. She has been involved with infusion related publication opportunities, such as posters at national meetings, co-author of several articles/books. Ms. Siefert earned her B.S. of Science degree in Pharmacy from Purdue University, was certified by exam as a Manager of Quality and Organizational Excellence from the American Society for Quality in 2006, and was recognized as a fellow by the American Society of Heath-System Pharmacy in 2010.
